Cookie Use Notice
On a limited number of its web pages, Coach U may use "cookies" to provide better service to its customers. Coach U does not use cookies to collect any personally identifying information from users or to track user activities beyond our web site. Coach U does not maintain copies of cookies on our web site after you leave our web site.
Cookies are small pieces of temporary data that are exchanged between a web site and a user's computer which enable a "session", or "dialog", to be established between the two machines. With the session established, Coach U may be able to tailor its responses (i.e., identify and provide you with the information you want) and help you traverse our web pages in the most efficient and effective manner possible. The session is often broken when Coach Uís server does not receive further requests from your computer or you simply exit your browser.

Coach U limits its use of cookies to "session cookies"Ö types of cookies that are temporarily stored in your computer's memory. Session cookies are normally deleted from a user's computer when the user logs off the computer or the user exits the browser. As of August, 2002, Coach U does not issue "persistent cookies"Ötypes of cookies that could be stored permanently on your workstation and reused each time you visit Coach Uís web site. Before August, 2002, however, Coach U had a small number of websites that automatically created persistent cookies. Those cookies may still be stored on some user's computers and, in some cases, may be updated by the user's browser when revisiting the Coach Uís websites. In the event a cookie is found on your workstation that was issued from a Coach U website, you may remove it without adversely affecting your future visits to our web site.
Security of Transaction Data
We ensure that your personal data, your credit card data and your purchasing information remain secure by encrypting them as they are transferred across the Internet.
Verification of Transaction Recipient
Coach U uses VeriSign to ensure that your transaction with us cannot be intercepted or interrupted by any third party.
VeriSign's authentication procedures have withstood the most rigorous scrutiny from independent third-party auditors. In fact, VeriSign is the only Certificate Authority in the world to have passed an extensive independent SAS 70 audit by KPMG, the global accounting and consulting firm. (The Statement of Auditing Standard 70, SAS 70, was established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to certify trusted practices.)

Coach U brings together a combination of industry-approved security technologies to protect data for the bank and for you, our customer. It features password-controlled system entry, a VeriSign-issued Digital ID for the bank's server, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for data encryption, and a router loaded with a firewall to regulate the inflow and outflow of server traffic.
Secure Data Transfer
Once the server session is established, the user and the server are in a secured environment. Because the server has been certified as a 128-bit secure server by VeriSign, data traveling between the user and the server is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. With SSL, data that travels between the bank and customer is encrypted and can only be decrypted with the public and private key pair. In short, the bank's server issues a public key to the end user's browser and creates a temporary private key. These two keys are the only combination possible for that session. When the session is complete, the keys expire and the whole process starts over when a new end user makes a server session.
Router and Firewall
Requests must filter through a router and firewall before they are permitted to reach Coach Uís servers. A router, a piece of hardware, works in conjunction with the firewall, a piece of software, to block and direct traffic coming to the server. The configuration begins by disallowing ALL traffic and then opens holes only when necessary to process acceptable data requests, such as retrieving web pages or sending customer requests to the bank.
No Spam Policy
We require members of our community to adhere to a strict no-spam policy. If you receive email from a Coach U community member or user that you believe you did not request, please notify us immediately.  We reserve the right to expel or suspend members of our community (students and graduates) from any and all enrolled and paid for programs who violate this policy.  Further, Coach U reserves the right to send regular announcements to our students and graduates.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
