1) You have typed your User ID and Password correctly (case-sensitive)
2) Your firewall protection is not disabling you from logging in
3) If your program has a time limit, that you are not beyond the time frame
4) You have Lifetime Learning status
5)  You are trying to access the program(s) that you are enrolled in.
