To address many of your needs, we recently created two new coaching programs: Coach U Core Essentials Program ( and Corporate Coach U's Core Essentials Program ( These two programs are shorter versions of our full training programs. Coach U's CE program was rolled out last August and it turns out that our customers enjoy the concept of trying before buying (the full training program, that is)!

We are deeply committed to serving the needs of our students and graduates. This month, we took applications for an income generating coaching opportunity. We've teamed up with a company who will refer potential clients to a selected group of coaches within our community. We'll be looking to create more coaching opportunities for our students and graduates in the future.


... on Coaching Skills. Challenge your clients as much as they can bear. Coaches can challenge clients by creating goals into interesting games, moving up completion or launch dates, expanding their vision and possibilities, to doubling their goals! If you believe that your client can do more, offer a challenge or suggestion. Remember, your clients ALWAYS have the right to say yes, say no or respond with a counteroffer.

... on Practice Development. When is the last time you revisited your 30-second coaching intro? Are you regularly introducing yourself with it? And, is it well received? It may be time to refine and rehearse your 30-second intro. This fill-in-the-blanks model may work for you: "I support [blank] in their desire to [blank] by means of [blank]." Once you've completed this short statement, practice in front of the mirror until you can deliver it with passion and precision. Then, stop being a secret and use your intro upon introduction to new acquaintances or potential clients.

... on Personal Foundation. Are you as focused on clearing out as you are on creating opportunities? Spring is always a good time of year to reconsider the notion of simplification. Take inventory of ways that you can simplify your life. Here we can consider our physical environment, how and where our time is spent, inefficient systems at home/work, to the delegation of our weaknesses and disinterests. Simplification simply creates opportunity -- to be more at choice, to recognize and allow new and better opportunities in, to spend our time doing what really matters to us and to remove distractions so that we can be more present in our relationships and with our clients.
