I began leading classes for CoachInc:
Before coaching professionally:
I worked for 15 years as a counselor and leadership trainer. Prior to that, I owned and operated two small businesses. I spent seven years living in Japan and another three years living in Europe.
My coaching practice:
My current coaching practice focuses on executives and business leaders from a variety of industries - large and small. I am passionate about helping my clients find their highest and best contributions to their work and their communities.
I love to watch awareness and growth in process.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
My clients frequently say that I am able to connect the dots between values and behaviors they had never seen. I look specifically for the greatness that is yet to be empowered.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
I expect coaches to be fully present with their time, energy and attention. I appreciate full participation in order that we may all grow and learn.
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
I delight in knowing that each moment has the potential for richness beyond any of our individual expectations.
Feedback from students:
Students appreciate the perspective and wisdom that comes from a deep well of experience.
