Before coaching professionally:
Senior human resource professional with 28 years of success in leading people, systems and cultures in innovative change initiatives. Recognized for excellence and innovation in championing organizational change, transition and employee effectiveness through strategic planning and development. Multi-faceted experience spanning high technology, legal retail medical, NASA and professional associations from start-up, reorganization, expansion, mergers, acquisitions and downsizing.
My coaching practice:
I partner with private clients including executives, professionals, managers, teams & individuals from a variety of industries. I specialize in coaching leaders who are perceived as abrasive. Creating coaching cultures in the corporate world is a passion whether coaching teams/groups or individuals. It is an honor to partner with coaching clients on their journey of discovery.
