I began leading classes for CoachInc:
Before coaching professionally:
For over 30 years I held leadership and worldwide management roles in the Public/Private Sector, Fortune 500, HiTech and Professional Service companies. Responsibilities included HR Management, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. Specialties include communication styles & their impact on personal & professional success. My work has taken me around the world to gain additional perspectives and wisdom from cultures other than my own.
My coaching practice:
Creating partnerships with successful individuals and organizations that are looking to develop the practices of leadership that are essential for every leader & industry is the mainstay of my practice. My specialities include mentor coaching, effective communications, leadership essentials and business development. I maintain a practice of corporate and private clients that includes, executives, business owners, managers, individual contributors, HR professionals and professional coaches.
Facilitating classes holds me accountable for the professional development of others and myself. I am actively involved in our professionís development including past Chair of the ICF Credentialing Committee (2007 & 2008) member of the Certification Review Committee, past Director of Accredited Programs CCUI, Past-President ICF Rochester, NY Chapter. I am a sought after speaker delivering workshops and speeches throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, SE Asia and the United Kingdom.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
My passion is enabling those who help others and those who want to maintain resiliency with a sense of focus and purpose. This passion directly correlates to the work I do as a Mentor Coach and faculty member at CoachInc. Specializing in effective communications, organizational development and leadership skills, I have accumulating over 20K hours of coaching experience.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
It is my expectation that coaches will lead the way in taking responsibility for their personal and professional growth. Through this process they assist others to achieve the goals they desire through non-judgmental and unconditional support.
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
Building positive, meaningful relationships that are full of energy is important to me. As a leader I enable others to lead through positive modeling and know that I have only a thimbleís worth of influence in the growth of each coach who participates in my classes. Each studentís growth is through their commitment to action and results.
Feedback from students:
Students say they "appreciate and value my keen ability to facilitate high quality discussion during the classes and that this has led to many take-aways for them."
