I began leading classes for CoachInc:
Before coaching professionally:
My expertise is in Accelerated Leadership Development, Organizational Change, Talent Development and Labor Relations. I've held leadership roles in Fortune 500 corporations strategically partnering with CEOs and C-Suite Executives. I've worked in R&D, Finance, Insurance, the Energy industry and have owned my practice for 20 years.
My coaching practice:
I focus on leadership and career development.I work with Executives, Entrepreneurs, high-potential women leaders and Mentor Coaches who are committed to Action.
I like to challenge coaches to coach to The Who of the Client not just the issue they bring to the table. I like tapping into instinct and intuition, creating shifts and connecting in an instant. I enjoy our global connections with coaches and faculty in I'm curious about other business cultures.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
I support yet challenge my clients and my students to be more than they are and to keep s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g their capabilities and insights.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
I value Honesty, Integrity, Listening and Presence. Ability to "play" in the moment to support clients and classmates. And give your Client time and space to respond to your wonderful questions.
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
I learn as much from my coaching students as they learn from me. It's an exchange that's extremely rich.
Feedback from students:
It would be easy to be overwhelmed by this course, but Donna's kindness, clarity and careful guidance made it fun. I thoroughly enjoyed all of our discussions and I like how she called out each student to give their opinion on topics. She did this in each class and it provided a nice balance of viewpoints.
