I began leading classes for CoachInc:
Before coaching professionally:
As the spouse of a successful corporate Senior Executive, I was involved in a number of corporate activities which included travel worldwide, often attending staff functions and management meetings. I was also involved in a number of non-profit activities, including the founding and leadership of a marriage relationship seminar program. As a CPBA and CPVA, I administered validated assessments extensively, and provided certification-ready assessment coaching.
My coaching practice:
I am and have been a full time coach and partner in Coaching Dynamics, Inc. since 1998. I specialize in executive coaching, coach development/mentoring and competency supervision, as well as practice building and "certification-ready" assessment coaching. I have fun working with many successful individuals one-on-one, and also with coaching groups. My passion is coaching!
I enjoy leading Corporate Coach U and Coach U's classes because I truly believe these programs to be "the best coach training programs available." Because of my passion for the coaching profession and my commitment to growing coaches, I am also a certification assessor for CU, CCU and the ICF who mentors coaches and does supervision for those who want to move toward coach certifications.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
I am a highly-committed coach who holds clients accountable for taking action to create what they say they want to create. I forward others through my love of coaching and a belief in the talents and gifts of others.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
I enjoy highly interactive class participation, where everyone is encouraged to stretch, grow, take action, and have fun! :) I realize that those things are defined differently by each participant, and value each participant where they are.
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
For me, teleclass leading is about being supportive within a vibrant community of creativity and energy.
Feedback from students:
Class participants say I encourage them to action with passion, compassion, humor, respect and support.
