Graduation & Certification
The
requirements for Coach U Certified
Graduate (CUCG) are demanding and represent very high and stringent
standards. These are the highest certification standards in the coaching
profession even exceeding the high standards of the International Coaching
Federation (ICF), the professional organization for coaches.
Note
that upon completing the required number of classes a Coach U student becomes
a "Coach U Graduate". This signifies having completed 175 hours
of coach training--a major milestone toward and prerequisite for the designation
of Coach U Certified Graduate (CUCG).
Also, please note that the completion of
these requirements does not guarantee a coach that a certification designation
will be awarded. The final decision rests with the Certification Review Committee in
order to ensure that the highest professional standards are achieved and
maintained.
