If you have a
strong desire to learn foundational coach training skills as conveniently as
possible, you've come to the right place. The Core Essentials Program™ will
introduce you to the core coaching competencies and skills required to
effectively coach others. After completing this foundational program,
participants may upgrade into Coach U's Advanced Coaching Program
or Corporate Coach U's Advanced Corporate Coaching Program to learn
personal, business and corporate advanced skills. This program meets the
academic requirements for the ACC certification through the ICF.

The Advanced Corporate Coaching Program™ (ACCP)
TeleClass
Program
The
individual who wishes to become a Corporate Coach -- or just develop exceptional
coaching skills -- will register in the Advanced Corporate Coaching Program™
(ACCP), the most comprehensive and effective training program for corporate
coaches. This program is required to become a Corporate Coach U Certified
Graduate (CCUCG). The CCUCG program and designation is accredited by the
International Coach Federation
(ICF) .

The Coaching
Clinic ®
Licensing Program (CCLP)
4-day Public
In-Person Program or Private/Customized Program
Companies with large training
departments find it cost-effective to have internal professionals trained and
licensed to deliver The Coaching Clinic® (a 2day Coaching in the Workplace
program for Managers) to company leaders. Corporate Coach U's Master Licensed
Facilitators can conduct internal, customized train-the-trainer programs for a
company, or individuals may participate in public 4-day in-person
train-the-trainer program. This program is also available to coaches, trainers,
and consultants who wish to become licensed to deliver the Coaching Clinic
(normally delivered in-person over 2 days) into organizations. Coaching Clinic
Participant Guides are available in a number of different languages and
Licensing Programs have been delivered in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Europe,
Hong Kong, India, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United
States.

Essential Conversations for
Developing Others Licensing Program (ECDO)

Building on
the
skills and tools
introduced in the Coaching Clinic®, the Essential Conversations for Developing
Others Licensing Program has at its core the belief that managers
can successfully initiate developmental conversations through coaching. The program trains participants
to recognize and/or create opportunities for developmental conversations, and how to maximize these opportunities
for leadership development.
One of the core competencies successful
organizations now require is
that
managers focus on
developing others to ensure continuity, smooth succession and sustained growth.
This program is designed to equip leaders to address that key
competency. Essential Conversations is for those managers and leaders who have
completed the two-day Coaching Clinic and are ready to go to the next level
with their coaching.

The Advanced
Corporate Coaching Program (ACCP) offers the following two courses -- and now
they are offered as single, stand-alone courses:
Coaching With Style or PCSI © - This course includes 8 hours of class time and all materials. Upon
completion, certification is granted which entitles you to deliver the
Personal Coaching Styles Inventory (TM).
