  • The 2-day Coaching Clinic® (CC) program.  Corporate Coach U's Coaching Clinic® trains supervisors, managers and leaders in the philosophy of business coaching and teaches them coaching skills that can be applied in managing work relationships.   • The 2-day Essential Conversations for Developing Others (ECDO) leadership development program. Essential Conversations is for those managers and leaders who have completed the two-day Coaching Clinic and are ready to go to the next level with their coaching . One of the core competencies successful organizations now require is that managers focus on developing others to ensure continuity, smooth succession and sustained growth.   • The 6-day Core Essentials Fast Track (CEFTP) Program ™ Our very popular in-person program, the Core Essentials Fast Track Program™ (CEFTP), is held in various locations throughout the year.   • The 4-day Coaching Clinic ®   Licensing Program (CCLP) Companies with large training departments find it cost-effective to have internal professionals trained and licensed to deliver The Coaching Clinic® (a 2day Coaching in the Workplace program for Managers) to company leaders. Corporate Coach U's Master Licensed Facilitators can conduct internal, customized train-the-trainer programs for a company, or individuals may participate in public 4-day in-person train-the-trainer program. This program is also available to coaches, trainers, and consultants who wish to become licensed to deliver the Coaching Clinic (normally delivered in-person over 2 days) into organizations.
