I began leading classes for CoachInc:
Before coaching professionally:
Senior human resource professional with 28 years of success in leading people, systems and cultures in innovative change initiatives. Recognized for excellence and innovation in championing organizational change, transition and employee effectiveness through strategic planning and development. Multi-faceted experience spanning high technology, legal retail medical, NASA and professional associations from start-up, reorganization, expansion, mergers, acquisitions and downsizing.
My coaching practice:
I partner with private clients including executives, professionals, managers, teams & individuals from a variety of industries. I specialize in coaching leaders who are perceived as abrasive. Creating coaching cultures in the corporate world is a passion whether coaching teams/groups or individuals. It is an honor to partner with coaching clients on their journey of discovery.
CoachInc's Guiding Principle #4 - People Grow from Connection. Collaborating with a client to discover their strengths & creative powerful solutions is a personal value. I am inspired when the client discovers their own wisdom in tandem with their values.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
The love of learning, sharing a path to mutual discovery and fun - all while deepening our joy in coaching presence with others. I am honored to learn from clients, students and colleagues.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
Full accountability for their own learning, being open to not knowing and new perspectives.
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
The opportunity to fully engage with the students to escalate the learning experience
Feedback from students:
Students value the way I facilitate opportunities for them to engage more deeply with each other and the coursework material. My facilitation style is participative. I enjoy providing additional resources for the students use.
