I began leading classes for CoachInc:
Before coaching professionally:
Before becoming a professional coach, I worked in the behavioral health field for 23 years as a clinician, senior level administrator and director of university affiliated programs and services. This background has enabled me to fully leverage a solid understanding in the fundamentals of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics with solid business acumen.
My coaching practice:
I am a corporate coach, program facilitator and keynote speaker with clients located throughout the United States, Canada and Southeast Asia. My clients are business leaders, including corporate executives and mid-managers, business owners and professionals, including coaches establishing their practices. I specialize in supporting individuals to optimize their personal and business success by building their personal brands.
Contributions to the coaching profession as an industry leader include: founding director of Corporate Coach U's Corporate Coaching Training Program, author of "Practices of Excellence"--advanced practice and brand building skills for coaches, chair of the ICF Corporate Coaching Credentialing Committee which created the internal corporate coach credential (CICC), member of the ICF Credentialing and Continuing Education Committee, and author of th "Coaching to Foster Collaboration in the Organization" module in the CCU Corporate Coaching Training Program. Also serve in the role of mentor coach for CCU.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
Strong vision for what is possible for coaches, the coaching industry, and our clients;the gift of clear and compelling language with which I communicate this vision and ignite the passion of others; and a passion for excellence.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
Reach for more than you've ever thought possible while being thoroughly grounded in your personal convictions. It is conviction which is the basis for sustainable focus in our work, and it is our conviciton which "sells" and enables us to be coaching brands.
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
Staying on the leading edge as a coach, drawing inspiration from students, and giving back to the coaching community.
Feedback from students:
A few phrases from recent class evaluations: "warm, contagious enthusiasm, role model, demonstrates a deep understanding of the material and the coaching profession, superb facilitation, helps me see all sides of situations, adds exceptional value."
