I began leading classes for CoachInc:
Before coaching professionally:
I served as the CEO of a regional business and of a multi-state consulting organization, executive in a large hospital, board chair of a healthcare consortium, organizational development consultant and association executive for over 25 years of business/healthcare experience. My most rewarding experience was to create a network of 12 formerly competing hospitals to improve cardiology emergencey services in several states.
My coaching practice:
I coach business executives in the private and public sectors, professionals, entrepreneurs and new coaches. My clients include Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, small businesses and associations. I also integrate executive coaching with business consulting. I enjoy the development of client strengths to create break-throughs in perspectives, plans and achievements.
Leading teleclasses, serving on the Credentialing Committee of the International Coaching Federation and being a Mentor Coach at CoachInc and two universities allows me to give back to the development of the coaching profession.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
Is my belief in my clients to excell in their lives - to create their legacy today. I have been fortunate to experience many forms of leadership and to appreciate the strengths and talents that diverse people bring.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
Is to value the capabilities of their clients, to trust in their intuition and to be fully present so that their clients can be successful inside a trusting coaching relationship as they coach. As clients themselves, to give their best effort, have fun, learn and take risks to grow and develop..
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
Is to experience the growth of new coaches and the new perspectives that students bring to classes.
Feedback from students:
I receive enthusiastic comments about my involvement of students in the classes, making the material relevant to real situations, the fun we have and the energy I bring to the classes.
