I began leading classes for CoachInc:
Before coaching professionally:
My first mentor coach said it this way, "Mack, the diversity of your experience brings a richness to your clients." My background includes business, theater, graphic design, music, sales and a faith adventure journey that still continues. I know how it feels to want to find your way, but you have to build your way into something meaningful that you love.
My coaching practice:
I coach people to make their lives count and wishes come true. Most of my clients are leaders and business owners. Some are simply people who need to change or improve or figure how they need to create the path they want to take.
Like iron sharpens iron, coaching other coaches sharpens our ability to coach, to observe, to be present, to bring all of who we are and yet nothing of who we are into session for our client's purpose.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
I tend to see links where other people don't. When things don't seem to fit, I believe it is an invitation to go deeper, to find the unity of the Spirit in the bonds of peace that passes all understanding.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
You only get out what you are willing to put in. I expect to work with coaches who see coaching as a calling, and who dedicate themselves to their own personal development as a way to enhance the personal development of others.
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
CoachU attracts great people, and I get to be present with you... to witness your greatness and draw forth your wisdom. Selfishly, it keeps me growing.
Feedback from students:
"It felt like Mack 'belonged' to this role. He is very safe to work with and has triggered good participation. His additional resources and data from his own practice have been very pertinent and useful."
