Name:

Corporate Coach U
Certifications:
Certified Corporate Coach (CCU)
Master Certified Coach (ICF)
Professional Mentor Coach
Education:
Bachelor - Philosophy & Math
Doctoral - Clinical Psychology
Masters - Clinical Psychology
I began leading classes for CoachInc:
1999
Before coaching professionally:
I was a clinical psychologist and an organizational consultant with a strong systems orientation. More importantly, I devoted the majority of my life to the search for deeper meaning and truth, and found myself increasingly in love with inner stillness, and a way of being in the world that was inherently nourishing and fulfilling.
My coaching practice:
I do a lot of executive coaching, some team coaching, and a great deal of mentor coaching. I incorporate a variety of novel tools and perspectives including the Enneagram and a systems orientation.
Introduction:
I love leading teleclasses, particularly because it's an opportunity to share from what I've learned over the course of my life and my career. I focus extensively on the Beingness of the coach, because I see that as 90% of what a coach brings to the coaching relationship. I also focus on setting the conditions for truly effective coaching, including the cultivation of inner peace, core honesty, and a gentle and tender approach to oneself and one's life.
The most unique quality of my leadership:
1) Unusual tools and perspectives, including the Enneagram and a Systems Orientation. 2) The fruits of many years of sincere (although often misguided) exploration into the true sources of inner peace and fulfillment.
What I expect from the coaches on my calls:
Curiosity, openness, and gentle honesty in exploring who they are, how they see the world, and what they bring to the coaching relationship.
My favorite benefit from leading classes:
Facilitating a depth of exploration and honesty. Helping to create a context in which profound shifts can occur.
Feedback from students:
What they learn about BEING a coach, and, more importantly, being a better human being.
